Duncan Police Department, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Stephen County Sheriff's Office, Oklahoma Wildlife Department, and other agencies invite you to come out for a family fun day of fishing on June 6, 2020 from 8:00 am - 12:00pm at Lake Humphrey. No license or fishing permits needed for this weekend.
